IAT Results

When taking the IAT test I really didn’t know what to expect. I don’t see myself as being race or gender bias. There are many things that people can do whether they are black, white, man or woman. As long as the job gets done the right way I don’t care who does It. My IAT test results showed the previous mindset as I show slight preference towards African American people. I also show slightly preferences towards men and careers. I think the latter has to do with the fact that my mother stayed home with myself and younger brother and sister until we were all in middle school. However both my wife and I work and our daughter goes to daycare. My wife should make more $$ than me because she has her masters and I don’t, but she is in a different district with a horrible pay scale.
